After the successful launched of manned space mission Shenzhou-5, China is now in preparation of launching another manned space mission, Shenzhou-6, with two astronauts this year. The 3-day conference will also cover a wide range of topics like; Direct Broadcasting Satellite, Direct Video Broadcasting, Satellite Communications, Positioning, Satellite Navigation, Remote Sensing, Policy Guidelines and Development Models and other interesting topics should change to other interesting subjects.

Key officials from MII, State Administration of Radio, Film & Television, National Development and Reform Commission, National Space Agency, Ministry of Science and Technology and related authorities will be invited to talk about national policies, regulations and standards which will affect the implementation of IT, telecommunication, media industries, and satellite industries including DBS for the next five years.

China Satellite Conference is the largest and most influential satellite and telecommunication event in China and the region. Last year's conference was a major breakthrough with huge success. More than 600 delegates attended the conference as well as over 50 major vendors from both local and overseas showcased their products and services.

Attendees were mainly top level executives from satellite networks and facility provider, satellite operator, technical and business service provider, broadcaster, government/regulatory official, corporate or retail service user, land, maritime and aeronautical mobile satellite service provider, transmission service provider, financial investor or analyst, communications attorney or consultant, educational specialist, hardware and software application vendor, distributor or dealer and special interest group.

China Satellite Conference 2005 will create excellent opportunities for participated companies to demonstrate their products and services as well as to network with business partners, top government officials, and corporate users.
We look forward to seeing you at China Satellite Conference 2005!
